Red or White Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are marks or scars that occur from tissue under your skin tearing due to rapid growth or over-stretching, such as when going through puberty or pregnancy. If your oil or cream is cold, it will sit on the surface of your skin and get brushed off on clothing rather than being absorbed.

Drinking enough water to stay hydrated allows your body to clear out impurities that may build up in the skin and hinder your stretch marks from healing properly. Keeping well hydrated lets your skin start to repair itself, speeding up the natural treatment of stretch marks.
